*Please note that some necklaces have a very fine chain that require special care to help prevent knotting when not being worn. We recommend you first lower most of the necklace straight down into the jewelry pouch provided (or a re-sealable plastic bag) leaving a portion of the chain outside of the pouch. Then, with a portion of the necklace on the outside of the pouch, seal it tightly. This will help avoid tangling and knotting in the future.

I loved this necklace the first time I wore it, it's too bad that was the only time I got to wear it. I hung it up with another necklace and it got tangled. I have been trying to get it untangled it ever since. Everytime I put it down it gets more tangled. I'm disappointed I paid so much for this necklace.
