Our Policies
No Hassle Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason it may be returned within 15 days for credit or refund. Jewelry must be in it's original condition to qualify. Please contact us for instructions - support@mylauralively.com. When shipping your return please ensure it is packaged safely to avoid damage. We cannot be responsible for damaged, lost, stolen or misplaced packages being returned to us.
Shipping
Free Shipping USA: Tracking numbers are provided and sent to the email address provided at time of order entry. Orders may be shipped anywhere in the United States and can be sent to a location other than the billing address. Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Repairs: We recommend that you treat your jewelry with care especially when putting it on or taking it off. There is more information about our products at (More...) above and (FAQ) at the bottom of the page. Because we do not make the products that we sell, we are unable to repair them or provide replacement stones.
Gift Wrapping: Standard wrap is our white box and ribbon. We will also gift wrap and add a card and message to your order at no charge. When ordering your product please choose the gift wrap option and add a message if desired. We do not include an invoice when sending a gift.
State Sales Tax: We are a Florida based company so it is required that we charge a 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to Florida addresses. In addition, some other states require that we collect sales tax so it will be added automatically to your order where applicable.
