No Hassle Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason it may be returned within 15 days for credit or refund. Jewelry must be in it's original condition to qualify. Please contact us, before shipping, for instructions at support@mylauralively.com. When shipping your return please ensure it is packaged safely to avoid damage. We cannot be responsible for damaged, lost, stolen or misplaced packages being returned to us.
Damaged/Broken items. Please send your request identifying the problem along with a photo of the item to support@mylauralively.com. Please include your phone number so we can contact you directly if required. Laura does not make her jewelry but works with outside designers, therefore, we are unable to do repairs.
Requests for exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order.
Shipping
Free Shipping USA: Tracking numbers are provided and sent to the email address provided at time of order entry. Orders may be shipped anywhere in the United States and can be sent to a location other than the billing address. Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Repairs: We recommend that you treat your jewelry with care especially when putting it on or taking it off. There is more information about product care at Collection/ More...) and (FAQ) Because we do not make the products that we sell, we are unable to repair them or provide replacement stones.
Wrapping: Standard wrap is our white box and ribbon.
State Sales Tax: We are a Florida based company so it is required that we charge a 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to Florida addresses. In addition, some other states require that we collect sales tax so it will be added automatically to your order where applicable.
